Okay, this is going to be a difficult one because I´m a crier and I love emotional books, so this is my list.

Okay, this is going to be a difficult one because I´m a crier and I love emotional books, so this is my list.
If I Stay make me cry a lot, but I was a wreck with its sequel Where She Went.
With this book I was sobbing (I was crying and screaming.... WHY!?) and I actually have to stop reading it, because I just could stop crying.
This book broke my heart.
I loved it, it´s a Great book!
One of my favorites books EVER, Melina Marchetta is a GREAT writer and this just and AMAZING story.
This is a beautifully written, poignant, and heartbreaking book.
With this book I cry a lot, that ending is heartbreaking.
OMG, that ending was heartbreaking and I´m DYING for its sequel.
Another heartbreaking ending, I could stop crying for a while.
OMG, I LOVE this book! another book that I just couldn´t stop crying. I end up with puffy eyes.

Great list, I've only read Where She Went and Shadow Kiss but they both definitely made me cry!

I've only read Delirium from your list. It was good! I cry reading The Book Thief by Markus Zusak. Gets me every time!
ReplyDeleteAfter my recent read of The Fault in Our Stars, I'm very wary of books that may make me cry. I didn't know Vampire Academy or Bloodrose would do that, but I figured with some of the others. Thanks for the head up!

ReplyDeleteI chose the same topic as well! Jellicoe Road is also on my list. Really heartbreaking book. I've read Shadowkiss but I can't remember the ending. Meh. ^_^

ReplyDeleteI heard about Jellicoe Road. It's on my TBR list. I can only take a tear jerker once in awhile. I recently read The edge of never and cried my eyes out. The one book though that was the worst tear jerker ever is The Story Teller. Forgot who it's by but wow that book I mean I cried for days just thinking about it. Thanks for sharing.

Hallowed broke me into for a while. I loved it! And Unraveling? The end of it, almost broke my heart. I can't help but hope that what happened at the end is somehow reversed. Please! I need to check out some of the others!

ReplyDeleteAh my lovely Jellicoe. It made me cry every time I've read it. I think 3 times. Point of Retreat was also a great read :) Needless to say I cried my heart of for Shadow Kiss too! Great picks :)

ReplyDeleteI don't even wanna talk about how wonderfully tragic If I Stay made me cry! haha But the one book that made me weep buckets was The Fault in Our Stars :)
ReplyDeleteThe only book that genuinely made me cry rivers was The Fault in Our Stars. Other than that, none of them really made me cry. They made me sad though.
ReplyDeleteThis is a great list of books! Books rarely make me cry though. I used to be a very emotional person but some events in life have sadly changed me. But they do make me very sad!
