I thought the same thing with Daughter of Smoke and Bone, literally almost every character has a unique name! I didn't even think of Katniss, probably because of all the popularity the book gets now.

ReplyDeletesome name a re really strang eyes and while in a fantasy universe it doesn't bother me at all when it's in some contempory book i have more difficulty not totake a dislike at it ( and since engglish is not my native labngague some sound even stranger) echo or layken are no name for me
